Nano Cell Extracts




Stem cell transplantation is based on several scientific principles, some of which are very important for an explanation of the therapeutic purpose of foetal cells of different organs or tissues:

1. Main cells of the same organ or tissue are the same in Nature, (or nearly the same), regardless of the species of origin. It means that corresponding cells of the identical organ of different animal species (including man) are biologically similar. For example, the hepatocyte, the main cell of liver, is almost the same in all vertebrates. We could make a similar statement about any of approximately 200 kinds of cells of the human or animal body. Scientists call this the ‘principle of organospecificity’. There are no antigenic differences between corresponding cells of the identical organ of different animal species (including man). This is another proof of ‘organospecificity’.

2. All biological systems in Nature are composed of the same types of molecules. The great majority of proteins from different organisms (including man) is similar over the entire amino acid sequence, i.e. they are homologous of each other, and in general carry out similar functions. The same applies to all other types of molecules, in particular to those of low molecular weight, that serve the control mechanisms in all individual cells as well as relationships between the cells of various tissues and organs. Scientists call this the ‘principle of homology’. NANO CELL EXTRACTS are organ-specific preparations composed of molecules of animal foetal cells, that are approximately 3 nanometers in diameter. This incredibly small size represents approximately 1/9th the diameter of the smallest viruses known today. (The smallest virus yet observed under the electron microscope is 27 nanometers in diameter).

HISTORY OF THERAPEUTIC USE

Therapeutic challenge of a patient initiated the development of nano cells extracts of foetal and juvenile organs about 40 years ago. An 8-year-old girl sustained a deep burn of the upper right side of the body, caused by an explosion of a petroleum stove. A disfiguring hypertrophic scar developed on the neck and face. The attempt to eliminate the ½" thick hypertrophic scar with contracture by applying specially prepared cell extract from foetal skin was successful. After such success, the cell extracts from skin were applied to other patients with severe deep burns, untreatable by other means. In field tests in Switzerland and Germany the therapeutic range of application of various Nano Cell Extracts was tested and a number of further indications were established. NANO CELL EXTRACTS are cell extracts from foetal tissues or organs of low molecular weight determined by the size of micro pores of the filter. NANO CELL EXTRACTS of organs and tissues are obtained from foetal organs or tissues of rabbits and/or sheep from closed colony of animals as per requirement of U.S. FDA, WHO and AAALAC*. During the manufacturing, cells and other materials of high molecular weight are separated from the molecules of low molecular weight, eventually by microfiltration. The separation level is determined by the size of the microfilters. The ready-to-use micro cell extracts contain components up to a nominal molecular weight of 10 KDa.The finished product, a topical cosmetic, is an extract suspended in 2.5 ml of PBS solution. NANO CELL EXTRACTS have a shelf-life of six years, if kept in a cool place and protected from direct sunlight.

NANO CELL EXTRACTS of skin are to be applied to the intact skin with the help of gauze. When applied to skin lesions, the NANO CELL EXTRACTS suspension is to be diluted with saline solution in the ratio of 1:5 to 1:10. Gauze soaked in such solution is to be placed on the skin lesions and kept moist for 30 to 60 minutes. Thereby the regeneration effect is increased considerably and necrotic skin particles can be removed much more easily.

Reactions and Efficacy

The low molecular weight of organic ingredients of an ultrafiltrate is the precondition for the absorption through intact skin. Therapeutic efficacy lies in the supply of molecules of different components that deliver messages to the control mechanisms of the individual cells and for inter-cellular relationships of various tissues and organs. NANO CELL EXTRACTS are homologous molecules that trigger repair and regeneration of various cells, tissues, or organs. Organo-specificity of molecular structures provided by the ultrafiltrates is of cardinal importance. In addition to the material, the intrinsic electromagnetic component contained in the foetal organs and tissues probably plays a very important role in the effectiveness of NANO CELL EXTRACTS.

The body response to the application of nano cell extracts needs time. The reaction chain ‘absorption - transport - incorporation’ has to take its course, before the efficacy can be observed by functional/structural improvement or disappearance of symptoms. Generally an interval of 3 to 4 weeks is necessary between the beginning of use and observable improvement. NANO CELL EXTRACTS are free of chemical additives. Undesirable side-effects are not known when NANO CELL EXTRACTS are applied topically on the skin or even taken orally. Any overdose of NANO CELL EXTRACTS is impossible.
